Rule 1: NPC's have normal creation stats ((15 freebies)) and will recieve an optional max Experience point bonus of 25 (Regulated by the Ops and founders) upon character approval
Rule 2: There will only be two "Ops" per room. If someone is AFK, they -MUST- de-op themselves.((That does not include the OOC channel)) In the even of a fight, an ST, Op, Narrator, or Founder should be summoned. If none can be found, play the scene out with rolls(if possible) and then e-mail the log to an Op or Founder for varification of the scene.
Rule 3: -NO ONE-((Including Ops -and- Founders)) are absloved from punishment if it's warrented.
Rule 4: NPC's can range from mortal contacts to Kindred Leaders but should be played ONLY when required. Plus if the NPC is a retainer..a sheet is required.
Rule 5: XP will be awarded on a bi-weekly basis for quanity and quality of RP and will range from 1xp to 20xp. Extra XP ((Anywhere from 0.5xp to 3xp)) will be awarded if a Founder is told or feels that a certain player or players have gone "above and beyond" what the scene needed. ((THat includes descriptions, uniquness in manuvers, etc.)) All XP awards will be posted on the Groups Page at Yahoo. You can also nominate someone for extra XP.
Rule 6: If a disagreement occurs in a scene (via an OOC conflict) and cannot be resolved by mediation, the scene will be frozen and the Ops and Founders will decide the next logical course of action.
Rule 7: RPers may have 3 Characters. The amount of XP a Character gets is determined by how often the Character is played. So if all 3 Characters are played often, then all 3 may receive XP. If only 2 are played, then only those 2 will receive XP. If 1 character is played, then only that character will recieve XP.
Rule 8: If a player does NOT want a sexual enounter played out...YOU CANNOT FORCE THEM!!
Rule 9: PRIVITE SCENES ARE PRIVITE SCENES! STAY OUT OF THEM!!!
Rule 10: Rules are subject to change via a majority vote.
